Polyptychus herbuloti is a moth of the Sphingidae family. It is known from Cameroon, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Gabon.
The length of the forewings is 43-45 mm. The forewing upperside is uniform pale chocolate-brown to brown. The transverse lines and typical spots of Polyptychus and Neopolyptychus species are barely visible to well marked.
